When summertime sets in, it’s the same time when people start planning to achieve their ideal summer bodies. These days, not many have the motivation they need in meeting their goals. It is best to drink water but even a whole milk yogurt or full milkshake is going to be a good substitute. There’s no harm to snacking on home baked cake or butter cookies at least once every few weeks. You could get a handful of granola bars or sliced fruits while on your break.

Tip number 3. Avoid greasy foods at night – when night time comes and you’re about to sleep and get hungry, avoid carbohydrates and instead, eat protein with veggies.
