A series of health programmes have been tailor-made for special goal groups (e.g. overweight children, aged & persons with disabilities) to cater for his or her wants. As health professionals, we have now a duty to information and inspire others to improve their degree of health and wellness. We can promote a holistic strategy to health (thoughts, physique, and spirit), not simply encourage bodily exercise.
